ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Javier Montilla is a Spanish journalist with a long history in the press, radio and television. His most recent novel, "Last Days with Sara Montiel" has been received with great success. In 2011, Montilla was awarded the FEDAN journalism award.

CULTURE BREAKS AT THE BETSY: Over the years, we have explored a variety of convening models as part of our Writer’s Room Program: from Breakfast Salons and Luncheon Roundtables to formal and informal readings - all with lots of success. This year we're exploring something brand new. We're proud to introduce The Betsy's Culture Break Artist Talks. This will be our lead creative convening model for the 2017-18 season, featuring visiting artists, as well as creatives from the greater Miami community.
